Just got these in my local neighborhood watch newsletter and thought they were hilarious...
THEY CALL IT DOPE FOR A REASON
We had a coupe of amusing incidents last week with local “stoners” cruising through our fair city. In one incident our Officer made a routine stop for a traffic violation. Following normal procedures such as calling in the stop over the radio, it took about 30 seconds or so for the officer to get up to the driver’s window. You would think that this would have been more than enough time for the driver to remember he had a couple of ounces of marijuana on his lap in plain view. It still amazes us that they seem surprised when we tell them they are under arrest.
The second incident was better still. Again a routine stop for traffic violations. The driver and front seat passenger were so focused on the Officer at the driver’s window that they did not see the second officer walk up along the passengers side of the vehicle, shine his flashlight inside, and take up a position just inches from the open passenger window. The passenger then reached under his leg, pulled out a baggie of marijuana and (you guessed it) threw the bag out his window striking the Officer in the chest with it. That stuff sure doesn’t seem to enhance human brainpower very much.

:)lol, yes, probably those people are so dope they can't think... ::) Poor them I just hope they don' cause any road accident.That would be sad. :(

Years ago, there was an article in the local paper about a bag of marijauna found. It said that anyone who wishes to claim the property can do so at the police station. I wonder how many people did that. If they did, I think they should be arrested on the charge of STUPIDITY!!!
