Hey I have a simple question for people who know how to use tables in Microsoft Word... I do not have any experience with tables in Word, because Bobo just got me started with it a couple weeks ago... I am typing out a simple parody list, like the one here http://www.amiright.com/parody/authors/lebeiw15.shtml except on a table in Microsoft Word. Well I'm doing it alphebetically, and I want to know how to add another row in the middle of the table, because when I update my parody list on my Word table, I want it to still be alpebetical... may seem like a silly question but I do not know how to do it... anyone out there can tell me? Thanks!

You should be able to add another row just by hitting the tab key. When you're done, highlight the entire table, click table (on your toolbar), then click on sort. You can ABC sort it from there.

Okay, thanks...but how do you sort it in ABC order when you get to the sort box?

Sort By: <whichever column, presumably 1>
Type: Text
Ascending <- This will do ABC. "Descending" chooses ZYX
