Do you know of a Tune that you think is great, but others may not have heard it?  Hey, share the wealth and let us know about it. 8)

20th Centuryby the band Brad is a groovin' jam song.  As they mention at the beginng of the tune, "We have found the groove..."

I'm guessing that not many in the States (apart from Tarzan Boy as I recommended he bought their CD :]) have heard of The Bluetones. They are my favourite band of the mid-90's Britpop era. A must single is Slight Return but most of the stuff from their 'Singles' collection is pretty da good :]

question is, how do you feel about Swedish vocals?

I think if the nation had followed Minnesota's lead and voted for Swedish vocals in 1948 things would have been a whole lot better!

There's this Swedish band called The Ark.  They wear glam-rock costumes and makeup; they look ridiculous.   I've only heard one of their songs, "It Takes a Fool to Remain Sane."  It's gorgeous and heartbreaking and (for lack of a better phrase) incredibly gay.  It's like the great U2 song that U2 never got around to recording.

Ooh, ooh, thought of another one.

The Sugababes
"Freak Like Me"

Yes, they're a British pop girl group, but they ain't no Spice Girls.  Imagine a TLC song, produced by Trent Reznor.  This song is cool beyond words.

Sampled from Gary Numan's Are Friends Electric. That says it all. A cracking tune indeed.
