Subject: AOL disks
From CNN:

And now, I pose a question: what would you suggest we do with these useless CDs?
My ideas:
Wall decoration
Clay pigeons
Doggie fetch toys
Hors d'oeuvres plates (with a little duct tape)
Ski pole repair kit
Funny glasses
The possibilities are endless!
Subject: Re: AOL disks
It seems that if I throw one out, 2 or 3 more magically appear somewhere else in the house!
Ooh, maybe I could make a pretty necklace out of them or maybe string them around my Christmas tree like festive garland
Subject: Re: AOL disks
They certainly do make great coasters for your table!!! ;)
Subject: Re: AOL disks
Come in handy when no frisbees are available!
Subject: Re: AOL disks

Burn 'em! Great way to keepin' the fire goin...
Subject: Re: AOL disks
I write things on the back of them, or draw on them with marker and hang them up. Very decorative... ::)
Also, they make nice Christmas tree ornaments..

They make awesome fireworks if you throw them in the microwave for a minute :)
Subject: Re: AOL disks
Two of them would make a nice pair of understated 70's earrings.... ;)

They make good prop CDs to break when someone asks you to play "Come On Eileen" for the umpteenth time... ;)
Subject: Re: AOL disks
I like to break them by flinging them straight into the air, then feeling all that joy as they hit the ground and shatter!
