Subject: A Penguin story!
I saw this story on our local news last night but sadly it wasn't on the website so I could post a link but.....a local zoo has just recieved four baby penguins of a rare breed and they were huddled in their cave refusing to come out because they were so young they didn't known what to do and there were no other older penguins to copy or follow.The zoo got a stuffed toy penguin from the shop and 'hopped' him into the cave and then out and sure enough the babies followed ! It was really sweet the keeper was basically showing them how to be penguins with a stuffed toy and at the end they were all snuggled up next to it.Goodness knows what will happen though when it gets all smelly and manky..........

Being smelly and manky may be the only thing that protects that poor defenceless toy from being stuffed in a different way when those baby penguins grow up a bit..... :o

So who's to deny the "poor defenceless toy" his (or her) fun? Give the poor thing a bath, I say, and let Nature take its course
