actually IG, plasma is a light straw yellow color. whole blood is just as red as it looks when you cut yourself. The red cells give blood it's color.

Ketchup...has to be red....and not flavor-enhanced. (Mesquite BBQ?? ?!? If I wanted the taste of BBQ sauce, I would buy BBQ sauce!)

I like ketchup on french fries sometimes.

I do get notes from my mom to put ketchup on hotdogs... ;)

Which reminds me (deviating a little from topic) in Half Moon Bay CA I tried french fries with melted cheddar cheese and garlic.  Very tasty... :)
