Ok,Let's play time warp. Now,The time range is between 1970-1990(20 years)Choose any one of those years and any month and what were you doing at that moment(i.e. watching TV,playing outside with friends, riding your bike,etc...)Now,it's time to head into the time machine.round and round she goes, where it stops, nobody knows........................................AUGUST 1979.

Well,Here I am in 1979.I just turned 5 years old this past March 5th and right now,my family and I are heading to our community pool to cool off.My mother takes me into the woman's bathroom to get undressed and into my bathingsuit. After that, she puts on those inflatable arm floaters that slip under your arm.I'm ready to jump into the pool but first,Mommy has to walk me into the pool cause I'm scared so she takes my hand and shoves me into the water. After the nice swim,My Family sit down for a nice lunch. As for me,I'm going to play in the sand with my buddies now.get all filthy and dirty.Well, the day is over and the sun has set and it's time to get back into the time machine....................... ;D

Cool Topic, jamminoldies!

It's 1972 and it's the last day of 6th grade...May 31st I believe. We had track day and got to go to the local high school for it.  I remember having a blast with my friends....later at home I listened to music (Some things never change!). My favorite song at the time Take It Easy  by the Eagles.  Wow!  now my head hurts...got any aspirine for me? :-/

June 14, 1975. My best friend and I are going to our first Rolling Stones concert. It is only the second concert we have ever been too, and our first open stadium one. Boy were we green! We were dressed in matching Stones T-shirts with the big "lick" on the front, and we both had our hair in pigtails (it was a hot day). Her parents drove us to the Cleveland stadium and dropped us off there. When the gates opened we spent literally hours on the field, inching forward to get as close to the front as we could. It was so packed that we couldn't even sit down... And people kept offering us drugs and we kept politely refusing them... ::) There were a lot of opening groups (all of which we hated) but finally at about 8 p.m. the Stones came on, and they rocked! We were totally exhausted from the long wait on the field to enjoy it as much as we had anticipated tho' -- now by the time the 1978 Stones concert rolled around we had figured out the right way to do it.  But that is another story....

Let me see

October 1986 or 1987 (having a brain cramp)  At the second night of the Def Leppard Hysteria concert in SLC.  There was a two hour break between the opening act (LA Guns) and Def Leppard because some moron was running around the audience with a gun.  On the plus side, it was a concert in the round so we got the wave going and it never stopped.  When the band finally came out they kicked butt.  They played for 2 1/2 hours.

July 1988:

I've gooten a dream job working weekends on-air at the top radio station in the area, right out of high school.  I have my car, and my friends, and the girlfriend I've only dreamed about for almost all of my life.  And this night we're on our way back to her house when she tells me she doesn't want to be with me anymore.  Broken-hearted, I drop her off, then break down and cry on the way home.  I decide that I don't like this time trip, and speed the car up to 88 MPH, and rocket through time to...

Not that I really remember this first hand, but I'll give it a go:
:o
It is November 28th at 2:30 pm in the year 1985.

My Dad was cradling me in his arms and crying, my Mum was recovering from the cissarian and he was the first parent to hold me.
I was wrapped in a blue blanket as there were no pink one's left today, and as it turned out there needn't have been a cissarian anyway as I turned the right way again half an hour before. The doctor joked with my parents that I was an awkward baby!
They named me after a song that my Dad liked: Kayleigh. Mum wanted to call me Lei, but it was still there (Just) and I had the same middle name as Mum.
My Fathers Mother held me whilst Dad went to Mum, and then I saw Mum too.
My Grandmothers Sister didn't think that Mum would be able to cope, as Mum was only 17 and Dad was 29 and she said their relationship was unstable, they suggested adoption again as they had done repeatedly throughout Mum's pregnancy but Mum and Dad were determined to keep me.
There were photo's taken... lots of them... but I am tired...

It's been fun.... ah well back to the 00's....

Thanks for that  :D

Kay.

Nah, I'm only 13, and I don't remember anything before 1990.
