Minutes ago on the 11:00 news: Ana Ayala, the woman who says she found a finger in her Wendy's chili, has been arrested at her Las Vegas home. What is known is that she will be charged with Grand Theft.
The San Jose Police have scheduled a press conference tomorrow morning.

What I want to know is whose finger is this? Where did it come from? Wendy's says none of their people are missing any digits, none of their suppliers are missing any digits, so where the heck did it come from? If the woman put it in her chili herself, where did she get the finger? I would think that there is a crime involved here somewhere besides fraud. People don't just go around dropping fingers on the ground like so many tree twigs! I give this story a THUMBS DOWN!

The woman probably committed some horrible crime besides Grand Larseny.
You think one day she just came across a dead body and said "Hmm, I know! I'll take this guy's finger and pretend that Wendy's put it in my chili. Then I can sue and will finally be able to pay off my mortgage!"

yeah,i mean where DID it come from?I think when they searched her house,they checked medical and death records(if any).Like maybe she got one off a corpse from a dead relative.Gross!

The finger has been positively identified as belomnging to an associate of her husbands,who lost it in an industrial accident a few months ago!

This reminds me of a true story from my Nan.A guy who had a builders yard round the corner from her had to take one of his guard dogs to the vet as it kept choking and gagging.They found something blocking it's throat and when they operated to remove it it turned out to be two human fingers ! They never did find out who they belonged to !?!
