Take Sonic for example, the classic 90s show has been redubbed in Brazil to include Tik Tok mentions and even a slang from last decade cringe.
It's not just Sonic, I have notice other 90s cartoons getting this treatment.

That's...horrifying. Ironically, this seems like something a US channel would have done in the 90s, since animation is so cheap now that TV stations don't need to reedit old shows
