I comes with practice. There are two methods:
1) as with the your link above, I deleted (highlighted below in red) all but the final part of the URL
https://youtu.be/7F4_kzb_vzg
and
2) on the link you sent, just delete the 's' after htpp.

Fun fact: The company that made the Math Blaster games, Davidson & Associates, owned Blizzard Entertainment from 1994 through 1998. Under Davidson, Blizzard released Warcraft 1, 2 and StarCraft. Davidson also bought a company called Condor, which was renamed Blizzard North, which developed Diablo.
It's funny to think about - that a company known for Diablo and such was owned by a conservative educational software developer. In fact, Blizzard wasn't called Blizzard until Davidson made them change their name.
They were originally known as Silicon & Synapse, and the guys at Blizzard wanted a snappier name that would be easier to market.
They decided they'd rename themselves Ogre Studios. Jan Davidson, the President of Davidson & Associates, didn't think Ogre Studios would play well with her shareholders, many of whom were educators, so she politely asked them to reconsider, and they came up with the name Blizzard as a more "family friendly" compromise.

Well it's not a game that I ever remember. (According to Wiki, it was around before then, but I never saw it in any school that I went to.)

I used to be obsessed with the Blaster Pals and Jump Start CD-Roms. I remember the songs being surprisingly good.
