I didn't know this started in 1998. Once I looked for the oldest website and if I remember right it was from 1992...
I remember hearing this song in school, and I think elsewhere, in the 2000s and 2010s though.

Dancing baby was older. I first got online in 1997 and people were sending it to me. But my computer was barely good enough to play it.

I was about to say. I even heard that or another one dates back to 1994 to 1995 in a rougher form.
