1996–2000: Golden Age (Crash 1-3, Team Racing, Bash)

2001–2004: Silver Age (Wrath of Cortex, Huge Adventure, N-Tranced, Nitro Kart, Purple, Twinsanity)

2005–2010: Bronze Age (Tag Team Racing, Boom Bang, Titans, Mind Over Mutant, Nitro Kart 3D, Mutant Island, Nitro Kart 2)

2017–present: Modern Age (N. Sane Trilogy, Nitro-Fueled)

Which one was your favorite?

I played it in early 1997, it was fun for a bit. I was still into Super Nintendo and preferred 2-d games from that era for some odd reason.

The originals, particularly 2 and 3 on PS1.

I liked "Crash Bash", but it was definitely "Silver Age".

My only gripe with this chart is the silver age; I'd personally extend it to include Tag Team Racing. Other than that, pretty accurate list. What's your opinion on the Spyro games?

Eh, we'll have to agree to disagree. To me Tag Team Racing marked the franchise's shark-jumping with its flanderized characters, generic burp/fart humor, lack of difficulty, and overall rushed/bare-bones feel.

Titans and Mutant were definitely a dark age for Crash games. I had the unfortunate experience of owning the Xbox 360 version of the latter. Thank God I downloaded ePSXe and emulated the originals, too.
