Does anyone wish Rocko’s Modern Life had been on Nickelodeon in the mid to late 1980s?
Look at Rocko’s shirt, it was clearly created in the 80s when button down print shirts were all of the rage:

One of my favorite classic Nick shows and the precursor to SpongeBob. I don't think the shirt was dated at all, it looks early 90s aesthetic.
