I made my Hotmail in 1999, which means it's 20 years old. In Canada, it's completely legal! One year short in the US, though. I think I made my Yahoo around the same time.
What about yours?

I remember having an AOL email as a kid. It was around the first time we got internet at home. Legal driking age is 18 in the UK so it could be around that age, 2001ish.

I'm not entirely sure when I created my current address but the oldest mail I could find was from January 2002. So at an age of at least 17 it could legally drink beer, wine and champagne in Germany (required age for the weaker beverages is 16 here in Germany but one has to be 18 for the harder booze).

I created my first email account in late 2009 so it was just 9 years old. It was completely illegal ;D

Our general family e-mail was created in 2007 (I helped making it ;D), so it's only becoming a teenager starting next year.
The very first I made on my own is turning 6 this year. Ow, my baby is growing up so fast :'(

Our first email was AOL. When we got rid of AOL, we went with a local provider before going with Comcast. Right now we have 3 Yahoo emails, 2 Comcast emails, & 1 gmail email-and each one serves a purpose. The oldest one is one of the Yahoo ones-but that is only 17 years-not yet old enough to drink.

Yes, I got this account when I got my first computer and internet access in 1997. What's sad is I'm also still on the same dialup account. Anything that involves photos, video, downloads, or any kind of security I do at work. Thankfully a fiber-optic project is underway and I should have access in the next couple years.
