1993 was pretty peak 90s, too.
Although I believe 99 was proto 2000s, strangely enough, it was also a peak 90s year. ;D

91, 95, 99 were all pretty different from one another. Those are decades for ya. Me, as well as this board, concentrates on the most recent decades but I wish there were more knowledgeable people who comment on the changes of fashion, politics, music, etc of distant past decades like 1870.

1994 and 1995 are the peak of the 90's. Right in between Jordan's championships of 1991-1993 and 1996-1998. The 1994 49ers and the 1995 Cowboys. The class NFL franchises of the 90's. 1994 had The Lion King and Pulp Fiction. 1995 had Toy Story and Bad Boys. 1994 was the peak of 90's MTV and 90's FOX (including FOX Kids). The peak of 90's music had to be before Biggie, Tupac, and Selena died.

Late 1999 was the peak of the Y2K era.
