The Doctor Who is aging, and definition of a mullet, "work at the front, party at the back".

BTW, we already have a recent Mullet topic running in the 1990's board.

The 2nd pic is the only obvious mullet in this lot. Many of the examples are long hair just swept back behind the ears (that's not a mullet ... even though it achieves a similar effect).
Short at front (and above the ears) ... longer at the back. It's hard to see how long Nicholas Cage's hair is (or if it's swept back). Same for Jeff Goldbloom. Mullet's can never cover the ears...
