What are some good movies or shows that show off some early-mid '90s fashion and hairstyles? I mean movies or shows that look REALLY dated and specific to the time period? Stuff that shows off for example women's floral dresses during the early '90s or really portrays grunge fashion well, or shows off the whole ponytail/mullet look on guys well etc?

Of all of those mid '90s things you listed, only Clueless is accurate. Full House's last season was mid '90s, not it's second last. Airborne, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and Above the Rim are all early '90s. 1993 is early '90s. Just because you don't like 1993, doesn't mean that you can exclude it from the early '90s. I can't exclude the early 2010s from the 2010s, and just pair it up with the 2000s, but I can't. It makes no sense. Stop kidding yourself and realize that 1993 is early '90s.
