I love most music from the early 90s.
I stopped listening to music once the mid 90s, starting in 1993, came around.

It would take hours upon hours to write a list, seeing as its my favorite decade. But I listened to a bit of everything. Alternative and Industrial rock have always been my favorites. However, I did really enjoy House music in the early part of the decade.

One day I was listening to "'90s On 9" on Sirius XM and they were playing "I Touch Myself" by DiVinyls and immediately afterwards they played "Honey" by Mariah Carey and I thought it was huge step forwards.

Yeah me too. My musical tastes have grown a lot since then.
So have mine.
I remember listening to music on the radio actively in 1994 and had some favorite songs which were popular at the time; even though I heavily favored such songs, I began to like others as well. This included music from earlier decades.

311 is an American rock band from Omaha, Nebraska. The band was formed in 1988 by vocalist/guitarist Nick Hexum, lead guitarist Jim Watson, bassist Aaron "P-Nut" Wills and drummer Chad Sexton.

It would take hours upon hours to write a list, seeing as its my favorite decade.
Shouldn't it be the 2000's? Since you're 30, the 2000's would be your "coming-of-age decade." I would think that the 2000's would be your favorite or second-favorite decade, and I always associate people born in an era two decades prior with their "coming of age" years.
