I was 22 when I first saw this ad. And believe me I never took these ads seriously. I don't know who would take these ads seriously. I don't know anybody who was my age or younger who took these ads seriously? Not that I ever wanted to do heroin at all.

I never saw the ads, but in school they'd give the anti drug talk and it was always scare tactics.

Oh god! Every school I ever went to they were pushing the fact that drugs of anykind weren't safe.

We had D.A.R.E. and it was required in the 5th grade. Then there were the videos on the evils of drinking. People should be educated how to handle that stuff responsibly before they're old enough, maybe if the taboo was taken away from it the less trouble people would get in?

Exactly. Education is the very best way to steer kids clear of drugs and alcohol.

I watched the scariest anti drug videos one too and the guy shooting up into open holes in his hand was the sickest. 8-P

Yeah true but there could be a meth lab in any neighbourhood and you wouldn't know it until it explodes. That's the message of this ad. Drugs are a dead end meaning you may not survive making it.
I mean why would you put yourself or your family or your neighbours at risk while you're cooking up a cheap high?
