What do you guys remember as being in fashion (clothes, shoes, hair cuts etc) for MEN in the early 1990s--from roughly around 1990 to 1993?

Well, let's see. Fashion carried over from the late 1980s, so expect lots of tapered pants with elastic bands on the ankles! Then you had shorter shorts riding above the knee, then high top sneakers, and parachute pants! Grunge fashion came in around 1992, so the 80s fashion and the grunge fashion coexisted for a couple of years. I can tell because I've watched the 1993 episodes of Might Morphin Power Rangers and Saved By the Bell, and their clothes, their hair, everything looks "80s". Mullets, and bowl cut hair. Brightly colored...lounge pants? With patterns. I don't know what you call them, they were elastic though.

Beverly Hills 90210, the 90s version of the show, is a perfect example of what was popular from 1990 to 1993.

1994 or 1995 is probably the perfect snapshot for core 90's clothes. 1997 may be the perfect snapshot for core 90's hair.

I'm guessing the pic below (of Rick Mahorn, Chris Webber, and Charles Barkley) is from about 1991, since that's when Webber won the MVP award for the McDonald's All-American Game, and he's wearing its jersey.
