Why do Disney "icons" (Vanessa Hudgens, Miley Cyrus) these days end up having several sex/nude controversies?

I guess they become pop stars and shed their innocent image!

Because they grow up in an industry that promotes sex and nudity.

They are doing it so they can get people talking about them and look at them other than "Disney Stars". Unfortunately it looks like it kinda backfired in Miley's case because of the MTV thing

Happened with Britney Spears, and now it's Miley Cyrus's turn. I wonder if she's going to have a mega-breakdown like Britney circa 2007!
