Subject: Fern Gully

Hey Y'all,
Can somebody tell me what the devil this film is about? I know it came out in 1992.
I had the film poster on the wall of my bedroom as a child, BUT I DON'T EVER REMEMBER WATCHING THIS FILM!
My mom put a lot of crap on my walls: Posters of Disneyland (I've never been there), Carebears (I don't like them)
MC Hammer ( I did like him until he went broke) and the Fern Gully poster.
Somebody toss me a line, thank you!

No, not as an adult, and I don't remember seeing it as a kid. ALOT of Disney movies, but not this one.

It's about these fairies or something, they see humans ruining the environment, or their forest. So they try to save it. I think they might have got some help from humans though.
I think there is a Fern Gully 2 and others.

In between this film saving the environment, and singing Heal The World in grade school choir, Mother created a perfect storm. It's hilarious because there is a picture of me at about 6 years old in a yellow turtleneck next and white crocheted vest standing in front of the poster like I watched this.
I also have a New Kids on the Block blanket because Mother claimed I loved them. I did NOT. I liked MC Hammer and was in love with him between the ages of 4 and 7. (I never had an Ew, Boys Have Cooties Stage)
Now if Mother wanted to put movie posters on my wall, I would have much preferred, The Rescuers, The Rescuers Down Under and All Dogs Go To Heaven.

The recent reboot was pretty cool too.
