Which child film series were better? I liked Home Alone a lot, but I give it up to Problem Child due to Gilbert Godfried being in the film.

me too. I've never seen Problem Child, but I have seen previews for it and it didn't really appeal to me.

I don't know. I liked Home Alone for the traps. Problem Child was good accept he was a sissy when it came to the prank war with that girl.

What I never understood about the first two Home Alones was Kevin's map (Battle Plan / Operation Ho Ho Ho). How long did it take him to draw that, and was the map really necessary?

I was a fan of the 1st and 2nd films when I was a kid...the 3rd Home Alone was just different!
"Problem Child" was okay, but who really remembers that film well?
BTW-"Problem Child" had a Cartoon series...anyone remember that?

Problem Child was a great movie series and seemed to have a lot more heart in it.
Home Alone was just too slapstick and WAY too commercialized. I never could stand any of those movies.

he looks much older in that comparison and hard to believe that macaulay is older than him.
i like both movies, but i gravitated towards home alone because i always wanted to have the house all to myself. lol. i was told by someone that problem child 2 is the best movie ever and should have won an academy award. hahaha, yeah extreme sarcasm (at least about the academy award part).

I remember Problem Child being the funnier of the two - especially with John Ritter. So it got my vote.
However... Home Alone 2 was an epic film! Big improvement on the first.
