Subject: 90's frozen treat

I'm trying to find the name of a rozen yogurt popsicle that had a hard yogurt exterior and soft frozen yogurt inside. I think they had them in the 80's or 90's. They were cylindrical in shape and kind of short and stubby.
Can anyone help me out? I can't remember the name?

Push pops.. Actually, that's probably not it. But they were delicious.

That's what I was thinking, too, but I don't think they're yogurt and the exterior wasn't hard.
