Subject: Help IDing a late 90s song

It's been driving me crazy for a while,but I have been having this song stuck in my head for a while,but I don't know the lyrics.The song came out around 1999-2000 and it was a soft rock style song.A few parts of the lyrics goes "If I told you once, if I told you twice and the only thing that matters is you". If anyone could help me I would be so happy.

I don't know if you're still trying to find out, I know this post is from the fall of last year, but I think the song you might be looking for is Called "Last Night" i'm not sure if the song is credited to Keyshia Cole, or P. Diddy since they're both in it.
