Now I'm certain that the very idea of nostalgia is being exploited for all its worth...it started with 'I Love the 90's' in 2004 and is continuing with this...

early 90s, very short lived. One of the girls on Full House wore this stuff

For a very short time in 1990, Hypercolor shirts were all the rage. I still have mine in storage somewhere, but the "Hypercolor" part doesn't work anymore. ;D

I totally remember hypercolor! I had a t-shirt that was like this. Also...they used to sell these winter gloves that would change colors when you touched them.

My hubby (at the time he was my boyfriend) bought about 3 or 4 of these shirts at Gabriel Brothers (which is a department store that sell designer and department store clothes that didn't sell in the first tier of stores) in 2001. I had forgotten about this trend until he bought them. They were so cool. After a few dozen times in the wash I think they didn't work anymore. lol

I've seen Full House, trying to remember. Was it one of the neighbors that wore it?

I remember people wearing these shirts, although I was too young to really care about the fad at the time.
I will be surprised if this "revival" lasts longer than the week though. :-\\
