i need help with the title of a song, it was from 1998 i think, and the lirycs was like " I can see, i can see you falling" that´s what i remember, the video was about a girl in the subway and the style was something like electronic pop like monaco or the lightning seeds

So.... this thread is like over a year old. So in case the mystery remains unsolved, or anyone else passes by looking for some info about the song (like me). The song's name is "Be there" by UNKLE. Both the video and song are awesome.
