Subject: Name of 1990s DIY show help needed!

There was a show in the 1990s that I have been hunting for the name of for atleast three years. I am at my wits end and would appreciate it so much if someone can help me with this. Here are the details I remember.
Two guys, one tall semi musclular that always wore a bandana on his head. Name I think Joe.
The other guy was on the robust side with I think very curly dark hair.
Show topics involved were reupholstering often, and french polishing. They loved to sayhorsehair in a distinct manner. Location migh thave been Philadelphia or New York.
If anyone can remember the name of this show I would so appreciate it!

Ed Feldman and Joe Larario were the Furniture Guys, I believe.
