I was born in '90, and my favorites would have to be most of the ones you listed, as well as Swat kats, Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Reboot. Dragonball Z too, considering it was around from '89 - '96 in Japan, even though it didn't get big in the US until 00-ish. I absolutely loved Legends of the Hidden Temple, Nick Arcade, Kenan and Kel, and All That in the 90's.

then later in the 90's in my preteen years, the BBC soap Eastenders, TFI Friday, South Park, Beavis & Butthead, Grange Hill.

I don't think TV's as important to children in the years 7-16 as it was then, I can't imagine kids today having such an immense viewing list and I don't think they are as enthusiastic. It's still a massive babysitter for preschoolers though - I think this is illustrated by the success of CBeebies (for under 5's) compared with the flop that is the CBBC Channel (ages 6-12)

I watched a few of these.  My favourite 90s cartoon was probably was Disney's Tale Spin

I like pretty much everything listed, even though I was born in '87 so I prefer kids shows from the late '80s-mid '90s. Cartoons started to decline around 1997 or so, but didn't really start to suck until after 1999.

Only a few stood the test of time like "Ren & Stimpy", "Tiny Toon Adventures", "Rocko's Modern Life", and probably a few others since many I haven't seen for ages... some I've seen makes me cringe l

I cant remember the name of a teen kids show that was on in the 90's

It was about a load of collage kids lives. Kinda like a soap.
The was one character who had dreads and multi coloured hair and she lived in a basement.
I think the name of the show was just a single word.

I was a teenager by 1990 which explains why I'm not too keen on much on this list.

From the cartoons I used to like Rugrats and The Simpsons for the early years.

   I was in my 20s but liked some of the kid's fare:  Strap on the drool bib and flake out to Clarissa Explains it All, Doug, Rugrats, Ren & Stimpy, Beavis and Butthead, Aeon Flux and Animaniacs...

Yeah I remember a lot of these. Rugrats, Rocko's Modern Life, Ren & Stimpy, Doug, Hey Arnold, Clarissa Explains It All, game shows like Legends of the Hidden Temple, GUTS, were among my favorites. I watched Nick mostly and Disney sometimes, mostly around the mid 1990s. It's getting to be so long ago now.  :\'(

I forgot to mention Captain Planet!

I liked catdog.. along with Rocco and Ren and Stimpy.

Although I am not quite a 90's kid, in 1990 I had my 10th birthday, and in 1999 I had my 19th birthday, so around 1993 I stopped watching cartoons, but, some of these shows I did like a lot.

My favorite show for awhile was Saved By The Bell, but it always bugged me about how unrealistic it was.

Along with Good Morning Miss Bliss, which was late 80's I believe.

I mean, 6 kids in a highschool, and the school revolves around them. Every little thing going on leads back to them, and did these kids even have work?

But it was a good show for a good laugh and to be taken out of reality from every once in a while.
