They are called Parachute Pants, and you might find them at old used clothing stores

Go to ebay and type "MC Hammer Pants". I just typed it in and there were a couple to be had. I wish I was kidding :P

Yeah, I thought parachute pants were those non-baggy thin material pants with all the zippers that rockers wore in the early 80's ???

is that actually it? when i looked at it, it had a weird style on it, on the thighs and knees.

I remember some of my classmates making a pair of M.C. Hammer pants during our sewing unit in Home Ec when I was in the 8th grade. ;D
