Subject: Everybody wants to be into the nineties

I'm trying to find a song that goes something like this: "everybody wants to be into the nineties", that's really all I can remember.
In the video there's some small worms (or something) walking around amonsgt all humans with a sign that says "Help". No one helps them out and the further the song play the sadder the worms get.
The song should have been very popular in the 90's, at least in Sweden and it sounds a bit like Jamiroquai or Bob Sinclair. I've serached google like crazy but end up with nothing, does anyone have a clue of what song I'm describing?
