Subject: Song stuck in my head

I've had this song stuck in my head for a few weeks now. All I can remember is this one part of the chorus that goes "... And I know things are ever changing. And I know..." There's also a "doo doo do doooo" at the end. I don't know the name of the song or the group. All I can remember is that it's from either the mid to late 80's or early 90's. I've been to alot of the compilation cd sites and can't seem to find anything that will jogg my memory. If anyone has any idea please repost with any ideas.

i would have to say it's a soft rock or ballad from what I would have to say a one hit wonder band from the 90's
