Isn't Johnny Depp awesome in this? He was young then.

i remember when i first saw this movie (must've been when i was 5-ish) and i got kinda scared, lol. my favorite part is when he pokes holes in the water bed and the girl comes in, so he covers it up with a stuffed animal ;D

The only time I ever saw this was in the theatre in 1990 when I was 8-9. I'm sure I'm forgetting alot of key details and scenes, but I recall the gist of it. I liked when he was trimming the bushes and giving people haircuts. ;D

It was cool to see Anthony Michael Hall play a villain, he was convincing.

Now I really need to watch it again, alot of this stuff escapes me.

Well, he was older then, it had been 7 years since he played the first Rusty in Vacation. Although at the time, I hadn't seen that yet, so I wouldn't have "recognized" him.

One of Tim Burton's finest films.  I love Vincent Price's performance in it.  (BTW it was his last)

Alas, alac, you are correct. Vincent Price was my favorite host of the PBS "Mystery!" series. He was pretty sinister.  8)

I thought it was a quirkly, thought-provoking movie, but I don't know, there was something unsatisfactory about it for me, I don't quite know what is was. I think there's a strange hollowness about Johnny Depp I can't describe.

I love this film. One of my favorite 90s movies. Johnny Depp is perfect in the role! :)
