Subject: A show that came on CBC?

There was this show that came on CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) Kids a long time ago, back in the late 1990s... I used to watch it back when I was a kid (I'm not actually that old right now either, just in the teen years basically)...

But I can't remember anything about it or what it is was called. I know this took place in this building, some special sort, I just can't remember anything about it. I'm actually not sure if its anime or not, I don't think so, but not sure.

Does anyone have a list of shows that were aired on CBC Kids (Get set for life, kidscbc, etc.) back in the late 90s, if I see the name it'll come back to me for sure. I have been wondering about this for years.
