Subject: Care Bear type doll from early 90s

There was this doll I wanted really badly that came out in the early 90s.It was a Care Bear type doll that you could open up the stomach with a key.You put things in it and lock it up.I think the animal was a white bear or dog.I remember one of my friends had that doll.I looked everywhere for it,but no one seems to remember.
