Welsh Rock giants Manic Street Preachers. They have had alot of hits Internationally, but have never had an album or single enter the US chart.
For me, it's gotta be (in chronological order): "Little Baby Nothing", "Australia" and "The Love of Richard Nixon". I have all of their albums from '96 and on and I am a BIG fan. Their 1999 album "This is My Truth, Tell Me Yours" was a moderate success in Canada 8)

They were one of the best rock bands to emerge from the 90s. They never broke American success, which is a shame. Here's some of their videos ...
La Tristesse Durera (Scream to A Sigh)
There By the Grace of God
You Love Us
You Stole the Sun From My Heart
From Despair to Where
Everything Must Go
Faster
Little Baby Nothing
Suicide is Painless (Theme From M*A*S*H)
So Why So Sad
Ocean Spray
Motown Junk
The Love of Richard Nixon

I've heard of them by way of some Alternative Sampler CD I have. The only track I know by them, "Love's Sweet Exile" gets my vote.

They had very minor success down here. I chose the only ones I remember: If You Tolerate This, Motorcycle Emptiness & A Design For Life
