Subject: trying to find the title of a movie...

It was in the early 90s, may have aired on HBO. It's about a young rockstar who finds a looka like and switches places.... I though it starred Jason Bateman, but after searching, maybe not.... there is a scene when they are both in th limo and the rock star pushes the other guy out and the girls start screaming and he's like "isn't is great - the girls will love you" or something similar.
