Does anyone remember that public service announcement that was on Fox sometime between maybe 1992 and '95?  It was a short music video played during the afternoon kids shows and featured a man singing a rendition of Michael Jackson's "Black Or White."  This version had lyrics that went something along the lines of:

Cuz it doesn't matter if you're black or white
Or purple or green or blue
or red
Or yellow with polka dots
on your head

Or made of snow
or made of (bees??)
Or looking like something that's
kind-of-a-tree

That's the best I can remember it.  The video seemed to be shot in a dimly-lit studio in which usually only the singing actor was lighted.  There were lots of different images throughout the video of this guy singing with his face painted different colors, sometimes with polka dots, and at one time he was in some sort of strange tree costume.

In the very last shot of the video he's sitting with his face painted entirely dark green, and wearing some sort of shimmery gold outfit, with maybe a matching hat.
