Let's see you were 5 in 1995...I remember alot of people wearing 80s styles - big hair, jeans.etc well into the 90s. Neon was not also totally dead...

Neon was mostly early '90s, but you're right that it did exist in a more limited way in the mid '90s.

It existed in graphic design and in "accents." Like there were still alot of neon accessories, such as hair bands, backpacks, keychains, purses, etc. And that Fresh Prince of Bel-Air opening titles style font was still everywhere.

It existed in graphic design and in "accents." Like there were still alot of neon accessories, such as hair bands, backpacks, keychains, purses, etc. And that Fresh Prince of Bel-Air opening titles style font was still everywhere.
I think it was about 99% dead by late 1996 though.

Yeah, except in graphic design and kid's clothing. Things tend to stick around longer in kid's clothing.
