Not sure if this was in the 90s or 00s, anyway, the song was about 'Superman' and 'Cryptonite', just can't find it, unless it's another name. Any help is appreciated thanks.

I looked up the 3 Doors Down lyrics, and that's not the song I meant. I don't think that's even the song title, and Matthews has a pretty unique voice.

oh.... The song you are looking for is by five for fighting, its called Superman (it's not easy)
