I associate the 1990s with red, brown, grey, and black.

I'd say darker colors are what should be associated with the 90's, due to the clothing and atmosphere being not nearly as bright as the 80's or 00's. The colors of the 00's are white and platinum, due to the technology emphasis of the decade, Overall though, I don't really associate colors with the 90's, or any decade for that matter. I just don't see how one could associate something as simple as colors with various decades.

Colors of the '90s??? The only thing specific is the neon colors from the early '90s.

Neon is very early '90s (neon blue, yellow, red, pink, etc.)
"Forest green", brown, bright red, beige, gray, black, sparkling "ocean blue", largely in kind of earthy shades (1992-1998 primarily.)
Candy-colored pink, green, shades; baby blue and silver (late '90s)
Scuzzy-looking aqua, and in general dirty, rusted-looking, sort of off colors were in.

Black in one form or another was the '90s color. In terms of fashion, black was so overused in the '90s for dresses and such that in the early '00s riotous color exploded.

I remember alot of BLACK, as well as earthy tones like olive, greys, light browns.etc, especially in the late 90s. As I remember it wasn't a very bright decade compared to the 00s; though I remember wearing alot of bright coloured clothes, fluoros, neons.etc. Overall, if I could pick one colour it would be BLACK.

I agree, for some odd reason, Baby Blue just sticks out at me as the color of the '90s. It was just a Cool Decade 8)
