Well...during the late 90's, I remember lots of country artists had hits on the pop charts, so there are some I don't mind (probably because a few of 'em have a "pop" sound to them). In no particular order:

LeAnn Rimes, "How Do I Live?" (1997)
Shania Twain, "Man! I Feel Like A Woman" (1999)
Shania Twain, "That Don't Impress Me Much" (1999, the "pop" version)
kd lang, "Constant Craving" (1992), which I never thought of as a country song

I might think of more later.

I didn't like how country started to become pop-ish in the late 90s.  That's why I prefer the "back to it's roots" turn it seems to have taken over the last few years.
