I used to like the Nasty Boys (Brian Nobbs and Jerry Sags). It was always fun to watch them in the ring.
I remember when Family Feud did a Wrestling Edition, the Nasty Boys appeared on one of the teams, and they actually gave smart, intellectual answers, but of course they brought their nasty additudes and gave Ray Combs a hell of a hard time ;D

I think the thing that was notable about Degeneration X is that Chyna was part of that team....and she was not afraid to wrestle men...

The Four Horsemen with Steve McMichael, who used that damn metal briefcase to KO opponents and win matches by cheating.....And oh yeah his feud with Reggie White, who had his buddy Gilbert Brown(?) watching his back...
What the h*ll was Flair thinking when he got Mongo into the Horsemen?

Syxx was good with the nwo
Chyna was not afraid to wrestle guys cuz she was bigger than half of them!

Hall and Nash the outsiders were cool,the dangerous alliance were a early 90's stable

I'd have to go with New Age Outlaws and Nation of Domination. I think people really hated the rock back then and used to boo him all the time, funny when you think about how popular he was just a few years later.
