I have been trying to find out who sings this song or the title of it.  I only remember part of it and I hope I am going to repeat it correctly.   It was back in 1990s and it has something like 

Y.O.U. yes its true.  only you can make me feel the way you do.  I know it is not much but it is driving me crazy.  help  :D  I can also say that I thought it was Rob base who sang it because it almost sounded like the same people singing.  Girl singing and a guy rapping in the background.
This song appeared on one of fresh prince of bellaire show.  Jeffery is dancing with some girl and Will pushes him aside and starts dancing with her.  Her bodyguards come and escort him out of the dance.  I don't know if anybody is a fan of the show, but it was playing in the background of the show.
