No, the Spice Girls were worse!

No, neither "Vanilla Ice" or "Spice Girls" were the worst.  You guys may have hated them at the time they were around, but you have to admit that some of their songs are enjoyable to listen to (Guilty Pleasures)

I was more into Tiny Toons when Vanilla Ice was popular and was more into alternative (Beck, Foo Fighters) when Spice Girls polluted the airwaves.

Within my taste at the time, I would say Chumbawamba

Snow  (Incomprehensible Jamaican rap, sung by a white Canadian?)
Spice Girls (Some how "Talented Spice" failed the audition)
Backstreet Boys (Backdoor Boys)
Los Del Rio (I will never forgive them for giving us The Macarena)
Ricky Martin (Don't play that song, that achey-breaky song!)
Hanson (now be honest, how many here thought they were girls?)

Gerardo probably takes the cake as the Worst act of the 90's.  Snow had a good song in "Informer", it had a nice catchy tune.  Some of Spice Girls songs are kind of a Guilty Pleasures for me.  Backstreet Boys, I have no opinion on at all.  Los Del Rio, the Macarena was and is still repetitive.  Ricky Martin wasn't anything special.  Hanson had decent tunes, and yes, I used to think they were Cute Chicks

I may be a Guy, but atleast I have the Cahoneys to admit that I didn't mind the Spice Girls or Hanson  ::)

Though the episode of "Celebrity Deathmatch" with Marilyn Manson was funny...though Hanson vs. Spice Girls was funnier

The worst thign about Billy Ray Cyrus was that he still kept going even after Achy Breaky Heart.  In the early 2000s, he had a hit duet with Canadian country singer Adam Gregory called "When I Leave This House".  What a horrible song that was  ;D

When Vanilla Ice first came out with "Ice Ice Baby", it was a great song. He just went downhill after that. Not the worst.

Whilst I do detest Britney, her face, her nasal voice and most of her songs... she did do a couple of tracks which I did like... "Crazy", "Slave for You" and here's the embarrassing one "Sometimes"... only cos it reminds me of someone.

I had to give this some thought, but I had to vote "NO." That dubious honor would have to go to Limp Bizkit, which IMO is not only the sh!ttiest act of the 1990's, but perhaps in the entire history of popular music.

all these artists you mention are one hit wonders with the exception of the spice girls....after the one hit ,they are supposed to be awful...but you had to have listened to it or you wouldnt be sick of it by now
