Subject: The More You Know-shorts on NBC

Anyone remember those shorts on NBC...usually they were about 30 seconds long and they would feature some big name actor coming on and giving kids a little words of wisdom. Usually, about not doing drugs, or premartial sex. They are still on NBC. I believe they started about 1989 or 1990. I remember one in particular, at least I hope I am remembering it right, if I'm not, keep in mind I haven't seen it in about 14 or 15 years. It showed Magic Johnson and he came on and said, don't have sex before your ready or you'll end up with HIV like me. That scared the crap out of me, cause I was about 8 or 9 at the time and I knew what HIV was.

They still air them on NBC
I also remember ones from Saturday Mornings called "One to Grow On"
