Although I liked most of the characters, the one I got the biggest kick out of was David Alan Grier's failed blues singer Calhoun Tubbs who had a song for everything (usually a line in length)...

I don't remember her name, but she was the lady that always talked about people that walked by. And then at the end, she'd see Mrs. Jenkins and say "I love me some Mrs. Jenkins. Don't nobody better talk bad about Mrs Jenkins!" and then she'd start talking sh*t about her. It was HILARIOUS!!! I remember dying laughing at her skits. ;D
