For me, as an old Spice Girls fan it would have to be when the Spice Girls broke up. I was shattered, I didn't know what I was gonna do with myself. It was scary, thinking of a world without The Spice Girls.

I'd also have to go with the 90's ending, not knowing what the new millenium would bring...not knowing if we'd all survive the Y2K Bug.

not necessariy scary...but more annoying.....were those particular artists who would be singing and then all of a sudden they would break out in lyric. Groups like...Boys II Men, Color Me Badd, and All 4 One were famous for doing this.

Yeah I remember all of them - never was a big fan overall, but I love a few of their individual songs.

All 4 One did "I Swear" which was a huge hit in '94 - one of my favorite songs of the year (mushy as heck, and yes I was a 12 year old boy who usually liked rock, but what can I say, LOL!). Nowadays, that seems to have vanished from the airwaves to the extent many 80's songs have.

I admit I didn't really shed a tear when Boys II Men faded away in the mid 90's though - they had worn out their welcome with me! :D

Despite that I thought the girls were hot, I was never into the mania at all, but (in secret!) I liked one of their songs, "Wannabe" - and at the time I was probably light years older than most of their core group of fans!
