"I Got A Man" sure does. Dang, I totally forgot about that song!
Two I can think of offhand from the 90's are "Summertime" by DJ Jazzy Jeff and Fresh Prince (1991) and "I Get Weak" by SWV (1993).

Summer songs in the 1990s?
I'm not coming up with much for that decade.
That "Summertime" by DJ Jazzy Jeff and Fresh Prince and the jazz instrumental "When Summer Comes" by George Howard are all I can think of.

That's true, it said it peaked at #1 on 12/19/92 in my CD, but I guess it was mostly played in 1993.
Funny though, I always associated it with 1995 until then :P

"The Way" is a good one, and so was "Summertime" (the one by DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince, and the Sundays song by the same name.).
Others:
Dionne Farris: I Know
TLC: Waterfalls
Goo Goo Dolls: Name
OMC: How Bizarre
Third Eye Blind: Semi-Charmed Life
All I got for now.

All 4 One had a few hits in the summer of '93. I think "I Swear" came out that year, not 1994. I could be wrong. I owned their CD ::) It's somewhere in our garage.
Also, I think of Billy Ray Cyrus' "Achy Breaky Heart" when I think of some summertime songs. I didn't like the song that much, but it was big enough to be heard every once in awhile.

I remember being in my babysitter's car or mom's car, or listening to FM radio at home, and hearing those played constantly.
