floyd the barber cuts his hair, freakazoid! chimpanzee!
Freakazoid is the Rodney Dangerfield(or possibly, the Rover Dangerfield since were talking cartoons) of the 90's toons, probably the most underrated cartoon, i tell ya, Dexter just dont get no respect! All the shows like Animaniacs, Tiny Toons, Rocko's Modern Life, Ren & Stimpy, they deserve the love they get...but this one(maybe Earthworm Jim too) no doubt is one of the funniest and ranks right up there with them.
